If we believe you need to replace a particular component or recommend an upgrade, we will provide you with all the information you need to go away and source the parts yourself. If you want us to source the parts for you we will gladly do so, if you want to source the parts yourself and have us install them, that's fine by us too.

When it comes to security of information and protecting your privacy on-line you can't be too careful these days. Like all IT Support companies we can recommend a range of solutions to protect you from on-line threats, from Anti-Virus to Anti-Spyware solutions. However, unlike a lot of other IT Support companies our recommendations are based on independent evaluations of products we promote, we will under no circumstances recommend a product simply because the profit margin or commission is higher on one product than another.

When it comes down to it we are only interested in one thing..... keeping the customer happy. If we provide you with a quality, honest and reliable service at a reasonable price we believe that our relationship will grow for years to come and the business that comes from word of mouth recommendations will outweigh the business we could receive from promoting products and services you don't need or are not fit for purpose.
